 MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS: The stainless steel post is easy to install and assembles in minutes. The only tools needed for installation are: a ladder, a drill or screwdriver, and a stud finder.  Before you begin, find a joist on your flat ceiling using a stud finder. Once you have found the ceiling joist, place the mounting plate on the ceiling and secure it with the screws (4) provided.
